Turnip Soup(무국)



Any soup can't get plainer than this dish. When I had had enough of sweet or oil I make it and my tastebud gets refreshed, again!

Instruction
Just cut the turnip in slices and put it in a pot with about three times of the cut turnip and brin to boil. Once it boils season with salt and add in spring onions. Cook another 5 more minutes at medium heat.

Tips
- I like adding some salted prawn(at Korean shop '새우젓') to add some sea flavour.
