Baked Seaweed (구운김)



It is a dish I always keep in the freezer and I set the table with it with some rice and soy sauce dip and a meal served.


Instruction
Clean the stove top and grill the seaweed on the stove until crispy and break them into crumbs by hands. Keep it in an air-tight container in the freezer.


Tips
- I make it about more than 20 layers seaweed at one batch.
- You can use the grill in the oven but need to keep on eye on it not to get burnt.
