Whenever I make sea mustard soup I leave some of it and put it on the table. Then my kids put some rice and red chili paste on it and wrap it up into their tastebuds! My son likes eating it with dipping the wrap in the soy sauce.
Instruction
Soak a handful of dried sea mustard(at Korean shop '마른미역') in the cold water until soft(about 30 minutes) then wash them thouroughly and enjoy with any sauce you like such as red chili paste, soy sauce, mustard sauce, wasabi.
