Hoki Pan-fry
I wasn't well so I didn't want to cook. I told my son that I wasn't going to cook tonight. Guess what he said! 'Mummy, if someone else cooks dinner it gets too simple and I get hungry too quickly!' I couldn't help laughing but waking up and cooking! I pan fried Hoki fillet! My son wouldn't get hungry too quickly tonight!
Ingredients
hoki fillet
egg
spring onions
oil
flour
Instruction
Mix eggs in amixing bowl with a pint of salt. Cover the fillet with flour and dip in the egg mixture then pan fry them.
Tips
- you can marinate the fillet with salt and pepper for 5 minutes before cooking if you like.
