Pan-fried Spanish Mackerel


Spanish mackerel is one of the most popular fish in Korea. We cook them pan fired or braised. In this dish I just pan fried Spanish mackerel in a frying pan with a few drops of oil. My cooking should be special no matter how simple to make it so here we are. Jazz it up with soy sauce and Wasabi!

Ingredients
seasoned spanish mackerel(at Korean shop)

Instruction
Pan fry on medium heat for 10 minutes each side or until brown.

Tips
- If you can't find any seasonded one you can just season them with salt and sit it for 5 minutes.
