Kimchi Stew(김치 찌게)

This  kimchi stew and soybean paste stew are two so popular to Korean people that they have them almost once a week all year around. Kimchi is boiled in Kimchi soup with a few spoons of oil, pork meat and spring onion.

serves 4

Ingredients
2 cups of chopped kimchi
1 cup of diced tofu
200g of pork (cut in bite size, preferablly belly part)

Instruction
Drop some oil in a pot and add in some chopped Kimchi and pork. Stir fry for about two minutes and pour two cups of water and bring to boil. Once it boils add in Tofu and keep boiling. Once it boils cook the stew at medium heat until the tofu tastes kimchi(about 10 minutes). Season with salt if needed.

Tips
- Try not to break the tofu when stiring.
- You can make kimchi broth with left-over of it.
