Hot Pork Stir-fry


Pork cut into bite size are stir-fried with vegetables such as carrots, onions, spring onions, garlic. Red chili paste are mixed in for the hot flavour.

Ingredients
500g of pork belly (cut in bite size)
any vegetable such as carrots, spring onions, onions, chili

the sauce
2 tbsp of red chili paste
1 tsp of soy sauce
garlic(crushed)
black pepper, sugar (optional)

Instruction
Mix the sauce in a mixing bowl and add in the pork. Mix well and sit for at least 30 minutes for marinating. Meanwhile cut the vegetable and stir-fry and set aside. Stir fry the mrinated pork. Serve it mixing with the stir-fried vegtable.

Tips
- If you don't like hot food just add soy sauce.
