Soybean sprouts and spinach are the most popular vegetables for salad in Korea. Korean people believe seasoned vegetables are a good way to eat vegetables without losing much nutrition in them as this cooking involves minimum cooking.
Ingredient
1 bunch of spinachcrushed garlic, chopped spring onion, salt, roasted sesame seeds, sesame oil for seasoning
Instruction
Wash the spinach. Pour enough water to cover the spinach in a pot and bring to boil. Once it boils add the spinach and cook until soft(about 2 minutes) then season to your taste.
Tips
- Be aware that the spinach is softer in Spring than in other seasons so it takes less time to cook than other seasons.
