Bibimbap(비빔밥)





This dish is called 'bibimbap' in Korean, which means Bap(cooked rice) mixed with vegetables. You can make it with any vegetables you like stir-fried or raw. I usually put seasoned soybean sprouts, stir-fried carrots, seasoned spinach and fried egg on the top. 



Ingredients
1 packet of soybean sprouts

1 bunch of spinach
carrot
eggs ( one per person)
oil
red chili paste
sesame oil, roasted sesame seeds.



Instruction

Make seasoned soybean sprouts and seasoned spinach. Cut other vegetables in thin stripes and stir fry the striped carrot. Fry eggs and put cooked rice in a bowl with on top with the seasoned vegetables and fried egg. Serve warm with red pepper paste.


Tips
- I also put some fresh lettuce or cucumber if I have some.
