This is my favourite decoration and seasoning in Korean food. I make it about twenty layers of seaweed at once and keep it in an air tight prastic bag or container. Here are some examples of using baked seaweed crumbs.
Instruction
Clean the stove top and grill the seaweed on the stove until crispy( about 3 secons each side). Keep it in an air-tight container in the freezer.
Tip
- I make it about more than 20 layers seaweed at one batch.
- You can use the grill in the oven but need to keep on eye on it not to get burnt.
