Bulgogi Broth(불고기전골)


This dish is made with Bulgogi and while Bulgogi cna be a great dish for dinner itself I still make this broth when I want to have my family around the table and take enough time to enjoy the meal and the time together. You can prepare any vegetables and noodles you like.

Ingredients
uncooked Bulgogi
any vegetables,
any cooked noddles,
soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper to your taste
any stock you have(I use just water, though)

Instruction
Set the table as above with all the ingredients. In a bit deep pan(about 5cm deep) pour in enough water to cover the half of the pan and bring to boil. Once it boils add in as much uncooked Bulgogi as you like and keep boiling. When the Bulgogi is half done season the add in soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper to your taste and lower the heat to low. Add in any ingrdient if anything runs out.

Tip
- Add water and season again when you run out of the stock while eating.
- I like to turn the heat down to as low as possible so that we can have more time to talk.
