Tofu Stir-fry with vegetables

 
Pan-fried tofu is tossed with stir-fried capsicums, onions and cabbages. Chopped cucumbers are tossed in just before serve.

Tips
- Sprinkle some salt on diced tofu to season it and loose some liquid before cooking.
- Season with salt or soy sauce (I put some bacon in this version and no seasoning was needed.)
