Soybean Sprouts Soup(콩나물국)


I havn't met any soup as plain as this. My family like having this soup with cooked rice and some Kimchi. You can cook it along side with hot dishes.

Instruction
Just boil the soybean sprouts with lots of water(around five times as much water as the sprouts) with the lid on. Once it boils cook anothe two more minutes at medium heat. Then season with salt, crushed garlic or chopped spring onios.
