Rice Porridge(죽)



It is the easiest Korean porridge to make. I can make it in no time and breakfast is served. I make it  when any of my family has a sore stomach.

Instruction
Just  double the water of cooked rice in a deap pot and bring to boil. Once it boils simmer for 10 minutes with opeing the lid sometimes as it overflows while boiling. Then leave it another 10 minutes to make it softer.

 
Tips
- If you have a high-pressure rice pot it is much easier to make. Just put the cooked rice in the pot and double the water. Bring to boil with the lid on. Once it boils take it away from the heat and sit it for at least 10 minutes. Tehn done!
