Hot Anchovy (멸치볶음)


Anchovies are mixed with the sauce made red chilli paste, corn syrup and soy sauce. After combined sesame oil and roasted sesame seeds are spread over. It lasts more than two weeks in the refrigerator and can be enjoyed as a side dish with dinner or breakfast.

Ingredients
1 cup of dried anchovy ( at Korean shop)
sesame oil and roasted sesame seeds for seasoning

braising sauce
2 tbsps of red chili paste
1 tbsp of corn syrub
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 clove of garlic(optional)

Instruction
Make braising sauce and mix in anchovy. Put in a pot and cook it on medium heat with stirring consistently for about 5 minutes or until the sauce forms caramel. Add a few drops of sesame oil and sesame seeds and cook one more minutes.

Tips
- You can add some chili stripes if you want.
