Seafood Noodle Soup(해물칼제비)

Korean people like noodle soup for lunch and this dish is very popular in Korea. It is made on the base of mussel stock.

Ingredients
mussels,
any noodles
carrots, onions, zucchini, potato(cut in slices)
any other seafood(optional)

preparing the mussels
Boil the mussels with enough water to cover them in a deep pot until all open. Get the mussels out in a bowl. Pour out the juice carefully to leave any dirt in the juice.

Instruction
Pour in the mussel juice in a deep pot and add water (two cups per person) and bring to boil. Once it boils add noodles. When the pot overfolws add other ingredients and cook 3 more minutes.

Tips
- I don't try to hard to get the dirt on the shell of mussels because I think I can get the dirt out after boiling them. The dirt leaves on the bottom of the pot and if I take cautious to pour out the juice I can get the dirt out.
- If you have hard noodles such as spaghetti noodles you'd better cook them before you cook them with all other ingredients.
- You can enjoy it putting it on a burner on you table if you get visitors to make it special.
