Hot Seafood and Soybean Sprout

Prawn, scallop, squid and soybean sprouts are tossed with red chilli paste to make this hot and special dish. I like hot food and it is the most special hot food I can make so I make it only for special occasions such as when we have visitors or when we need to celebrate something. My son loves the seafood and he annoys us by picking up only seafood but we can't stop him so we speed up to catch him up. After competing with seafood we like eating the soybean sprouts and the hot stock on the cooked rice. Sweating hot and refreshing!

Ingredients
1 packet of soybean sprouts (at Korean grocery shops)
chili, onions (cut in stripes)
garlic(crushed),
spring onions(chopped)
red chili paste for seasoning
corn flour for thickening
sesame oil, roasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instruction
Cook soybean sprouts as instructed in seasoned soybean sprouts. Stir-fry onions and crushed garlic, add in any seafood and cook for another two minutes. Season with red chili paste to your taste. Thicken the juice by corn flour if you want. Toss in the cooked soybean sprouts, chopped chili  and sesame oil. Springkle some sesame seeds on top when served.

Tips
- To thicken the juice use corn flour mixture with corn flour and water(one table spoon and one table spoon water) in a bowl and mix. Mix the corn flour mixture in the juice one table sppon at a time and mix well until the mixture cooked(around 30 seconds) and test the texture. Repeate it until you get the rigth texture.
- If you don't like hot food you can substitude red chili paste to soy sauce.
