Ingredients
1 packet of rice cake sticks (at Korean shop, '떡볶이떡'),
red chili paste
any vegetable such as onions, carrots, spring onions, cabbages
soy sauce
corn syrup
Instruction
Pour enough water to double all the ingredients in a pot and bring to boil. Season it with red chili paste, soy sauce and corn syrup to your taste. Add the vegetables and rice cake sticks. Once it boils simmer it at low heat until the soup gets thick(about for 10 minutes).
Tips
- If you are using frozen rice cake sticks thaw them in cold water until soft(about 20 minutes).
- Seperate each sticks when you add them.
