This dish is supposed to be very tender but to be honest it wasn't soft enough as I didn't cook it slow enough. But the taste was good and my family still loved it even though they kept complaining the toothsome texture of the beef ribs! Oh, well!

2 kg of beef ribs
carrots diced
for

this dish is usually cut in 5cm length with bones in so I usually buy tehm at any Korean
butcher. If you can't find any buy any tender parts such as scothch fillet or
sirloin fillet and cut them in dices or you can buy any beef ribs available.
- Korean people
usually add crushed pear or green Kiwi fruit(not golden Kiwi, though) for marinating to makes
the beef ribs tenderer.
