Korean people can make this dish in 10 minutes as they always have Kimchi in the fridge and flour at the pantry. Some people including my son don't like the Kimchi flavour saying it tastes too strong but the cooked Kimchi tastes totally different from the fresh Kimchi. Especially this dish tastes tender so my son loves it so much that he can finish about 3 whole pan cakes by himself. For the recipe see Vegetable Pancake.
