Braised Black Beans(콩자반)


It is one of my favourite side dish that I have in the fridge all year around.  It is a good side dish for any dish and it makes sometimes my meal with some cooked rice.

Ingredients
1/2 cup of black beans
5 tbsps of soy sauce
3 tbsps of corn syrup
1 tbsp of sugar


Instruction
Soak the black beans overnight with enough water to double the beans. The day after pour all the soaked beans and water in a deep pot and make the water level hust enough to cover the beans. Bring to boil and once it boils add soy sauce, corn syrup and sugar to your taste at low heat for about one hour to make it soft.
